An introduction.
This will end up as a thought repository, both good and bad, and it’s more interesting than papers. Well, less intensive. For the moment:
Die Hard is the greatest Christmas movie.
I am strongly considering buying audio books I’d have no intention of listening to otherwise just because they are read by Alan Rickman (but only two exist? http://www.amazon.com/Return-Native-Thomas-Hardy/dp/1572705701/ref=sr_1_2?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1322287603&sr=1-2 and http://www.amazon.com/Nelson-Mandelas-Favorite-African-Folktales/dp/1600246664/ref=sr_1_1?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1322287691&sr=1-1)
Distance motivates me to write. So does being outdoors. And listening to people speak. I would like Chuck Palahniuk more if he didn’t (inadvertently) inspire tons of shitty knock-offs. But same goes for just about anything famous.
Also, this is pretentious, so I’ll leave it here.
